Invoices for online enrolments will contain a summarised amount owing for a given date range. You can obtain a complete listing of all individual enrolment transactions for that invoice’s date range by following the steps below.
First, click Administration on the top menu bar, followed by Reports from the list of options.
Next, on the Transactions page, set the Start Date and End Date fields to match the date range listed on the invoice before clicking the Apply filter button.
The system will then show all individual transactions within that date range, including any credits automatically issued by the system. You can see the datestamp for each transaction, as well as who authorised it.
You can also download this information to a spreadsheet by clicking the small blue csv icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
