Catapult LMS supports customisation of many automated email templates sent out by the system (e.g. welcome emails, marking notifications, etc), and we're happy to assist you with making changes to these!
If you'd like to update the content of any automated emails, please let us know by sending an email to support@catapult-elearning.com. You will find a Word document titled “Automatic Email Templates” attached to the bottom of this article, which contains the templates that can be edited. You can then make any wording changes you'd like directly within that document and send it to us via email.
Something to keep in mind:

The templates support plain text only, so images and advanced formatting are not supported.
Once you've made your changes, simply return the updated document to us. We'll then apply the changes to your account and confirm once everything is live.
