Checking for pending enrolments

The Catapult LMS will not allow a learner to be enrolled in any given unit more than once. If you are attempting to enrol a learner and the system is giving you a “Learner has already been enrolled” error message, like the one seen below…

… this could be due to a pending enrolment process. You can check for this by following the steps below.

First, click Enrolments on the top menu bar, followed by More > All above the search bar.

Then, search for the student’s name using the search bar. All of the student’s enrolments will be displayed. If there are any with the Pending insert status, this means they haven’t been finalised and sent live as of yet. You can access the pending enrolment process by clicking the corresponding Batch number, and then finalise it as per normal.
