"Direct Access to LMS is not permitted" message

If your training organisation's Catapult LMS account is set up for external access via LTI - through Vasto, Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, etc - then Learners will be unable to access Catapult by logging in directly (and users with Learner permissions will be able to use the Learner portal directly).

If a user attempts to log in to Catapult directly when their system is set up for direct access, they will receive the following message;


There is no way around this message other than deactivating external access. If external LTI access is enabled, then Learners must access their Catapult enrolments via the external system.
