  What is the History Page?

This page displays a comprehensive list of user actions within the unit. The actions are listed chronologically, with the most recent activity at the top.

To access the History page of a unit, simply navigate to the left-hand side menu.

Here is an example of the History page:

The information included in the list includes:

  1. The action performed. List of possible actions:

    Clone

    clone.png If the unit was cloned from another unit, this will be the chronologically first action in the list.

    Create

    create.png A new part of the unit has been created.

    Destroy

    destroy.png A section or question has been deleted.

    Duplicate

    duplicate.png A section or question has been duplicated.

    Map

    map.png A mapping component has been added to a question.

    Move

    move.png A section or question has been moved.

    Unmap

    unmap.png A mapping component has been removed from a question.

    Update

    update.png An existing part of the unit has been changed.
  2. A brief description that gives context for the action performed. Any actions performed specifically through the Online page will be flagged with the word Online after the description.

  3. A timestamp of when the action was performed.

  4. The name of the user who performed the action.
