Did you know that our online resources are also available in printed, hard copy format?
There will always be some situations where a good, old-fashioned book is a better fit than an online Learning Management System. Some examples might include;
- A learner has internet connectivity issues.
- A learner has visual impairments that make it difficult to read on electronic screens.
- Someone wants to keep a physical copy of the resource after they have completed their online studies.
Regardless of the reason, we can arrange to print and ship hard copy versions of our resources anywhere that you need them. If you'd like to place an order, you can either send an email to admin@smallprint.com.au or visit our corporate website and place an order by following the instructions below!
Placing an order on our corporate website
To place an order for hard copy resources, navigate to our website catapultlearning.com.au. Next, you'll need to access the Catalogue - this can be done via Printed Resources > Catalogue on the top menu bar or by simply clicking the VIEW THE CATALOGUE link on the home page's first major panel;
You can now search the Catalogue for the units you would like to purchase. The website lists all qualifications and skill sets that we can fully support - note that we can partially support a great number of unlisted qualifications, and we're always adding new resources to make sure you stop by often!
Once you have found the resource you would like to purchase, select the version you require (Learner Guide or Trainer/Assessor Guide) along with the number of books you require. Then, click the Add to cart button on the right side of the page.
A thin panel will appear on the right side of your screen, listing all of the units that are currently in your Cart. You can click to the left of this panel (the darkened area showing the previous page) to continue shopping for more resources. Alternatively, you can click the CART button near the bottom of the page to update/remove the resources already in your cart, or you can click CHECKOUT to move to the checkout page.
When you are ready to finalise your order, navigate to the checkout page as described above. You will need to provide your name, address and contact details in case there is a problem with the order. You can also optionally provide a different shipping address, provide additional optional details, etc.
At the very bottom of the page will be a summary of your order, including the total price. To finalise the order, provide your VISA details through the panel below and then click the Place order button.
The website will process your payment - it may take up to a minute, please be patient without refreshing the web page - after which you will be taken to a page that shows all of the details of your order. Our customer service team will receive this order and arrange for printing and delivery - if there are any remaining details that need to be sorted out, such as extra payment for priority shipping, we will reach out to you directly.
