Did you know that the Catapult LMS can automatically generate an email containing links to all enrolment transcripts generated within the past week?

The Catapult Technical Support team can arrange to send you ongoing weekly emails that contain all transcripts for each week. At 11:59pm each Sunday, Catapult LMS will batch together a link for each completed transcript and place them into an email, which will then be forwarded on to you. This means that each Monday you will receive an email that directly provides access to all completed transcripts that were generated in the previous week.

Important note; the links provided in the email will only remain valid for seven days. If you want to keep downloaded copies of each transcript, we recommend that you click on each link individually as the email itself should not be considered a method of permanent access.

If you would like this service enabled for your organisation, please send an email to support@catapult-elearning.com along with the email address of who would like to receive the email each Monday. Note that this email address must be associated with an Admin-level user inside your Catapult LMS account.

Frequently asked questions

Can this email be forwarded to more than one person?

No, for technical improvement reasons we can only forward the email address to one user. That user can then forward the email address on to other users if necessary. Alternatively, consider providing Support with a shared email address that can be accessed by multiple users (e.g. support@yourRTO, admin@yourRTO, etc).

Can we request delivery of the email for a different day?

No, this process is designed to run at off-peak times on the weekend to ensure that user access to the LMS is not affected.

Can you embed the transcript PDF files into the email instead of links to them?

No, for security and filesize limitation reasons we can only send the temporary links, not the actual files themselves.

What if Catapult Support is not available on a Monday (due to public holidays etc)?

If we are unavailable on a Monday, the email will still be generated on time and we will forward it to you as soon as possible afterwards. If we are unavailable for multiple Mondays (i.e. over the holiday period) then we will forward you all separate emails as soon as we are available.
